A certificate anyone can check.
Finish the IQ test and you get a certificate with your name, your IQ and its own code. Anyone who has the code can look it up and see that it’s real.

What it shows
Five things, printed on paper-style art in a classic serif.
- Your name
- Alex Morgan
- As you enter it in the app, under “awarded to”.
- Your IQ
- 118
- Printed as “Estimated IQ”.
- Your percentile
- Smarter than 88% of people
- The share of people you scored higher than.
- The date
- November 7, 2026
- The day you took the test.
- The code
- No. 7KQ3-M9X2-HAPX
- 12 characters, unique to this certificate.
How to check one
Anyone can do it, with no account.
Find the number at the bottom of the certificate. It looks like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
Enter it below or at better-iq.com/lookup.
The page shows the name, IQ and date the certificate was issued with, marked “Registered”.
The last character of each code is a check character, so a mistyped code is caught before anything is looked up.
Look up a certificate
Enter the 12-character code. Dashes and spaces are optional.
Sharing it
In the app, Share certificate turns it into an image you can send or save.
Every code also has its own page at better-iq.com/lookup, so you can send the link and let people check it themselves. These pages are kept out of search engines.
One per test
A certificate is issued once for each test you finish, and it doesn’t change after that.
In the app you can retake the test every 14 days. A new test gets a new certificate with a new code, and the old one stays as it was.
